| Penerangan CU | Architectural technical coordination is the work process in presenting and submitting the final schematic design drawing to client and local authority for approval. This is the stage of Final Drawing Design Development Phase under Architects Act, 1967. A person who is competent in architectural technical coordination shall be able to prepare presentation requirements checklist, prepare presentation support document, organise presentation material preparation, prepare submission checklist, prepare submission support documents and finalise materials submission compilation. The outcome of this competency is the ability to obtain approval professionally from both client and local authority for the final schematic design drawing in accordance with client & company requirement and Architects Act, 1967. |
