| Penerangan CU | Architectural schematic design management is the process in obtaining client approval for Schematic Design Phase. The Schematic Design drawings shall be approved by the client prior to proceeding to Design Development Phase as stated in Architects Act, 1967. A person who is competent in architectural schematic design management shall be able to review site visit report, review project brief, assess schematic design, approve presentation materials and peripherals, present final schematic design drawing to client and record presentation materials approval documentation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure personnel comprehend the workflow and development phases before obtaining client approval for the proposed schematic design drawing. |
