| Penerangan CU | Architectural contract management is to verify tender drawings and coordinated documents for tendering process. Tender and contract documentation activities must be endorsed before construction work can begin according to agreed work programme. A person who is competent in architectural contract management shall be able to evaluate submitted tendering/ procurement documents, assess tender/construction drawing, assess prepared tender documentation, assess tender/ construction specifications list, assess tender / construction support documents, assess final tendering procurement activities, approve final tender preparation activities, execute tender process activities and award tender to selected contractor. The outcome of this competency is to enable ability in completing tendering documentation and executing tendering & contract process. |
