| Penerangan CU | Effective operation requires optimum utilisation of resources such as manpower, equipment and materials as well as efficient scheduling of work. The management personnel have to implement control strategies such as continuous monitoring and tracking, multitasking and regular maintenance to ensure that these resources are utilised in an optimum manner so that project target is met according to client requirements and budget. . The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse blasting & coating inspection operation and cost control requirements, control manpower loading and cost, . inspection tools loading and cost, consumables utilisation and cost, monitor work progress and prepare operation and cost control report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the inspection process is performed according to plan and project budget. |
