| Penerangan CU | A contract is a written or oral legally-binding agreement between the parties identified in the agreement to fulfil the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Contract management is the management of contracts made with client and sub-contractors. The person who is competent in this CU will be able to analyse contract to identify blasting & coating project requirements, calculate bill of quantity, control contract compliance and source for sub-contractor. The outcome of this competency is systematic and efficient contract execution for the purpose of maximising financial and operational performance and minimising risks. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to control blasting & coating inspection quality compliance in accordance with blasting & coating standards and client requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- 1. Analyse contract to identify blasting & coating project requirements 2. Provide technical expertise in tender bid preparation 3. Calculate Bill of Quantity (BQ) 4. Control contract compliance 5. Evaluate technical bid (from sub-contractors) |
