Penerangan CU | Electronic security system technical support is a series of service to customers before, during and after an electronic security system installation to enhance the level of customer satisfaction. It plays an important role in an organisation's ability to generate income and revenue. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to attend to customer enquiries, handle customer enquiries/complaints, assess customer service effectiveness and report customer service activities to superior. The outcome of this competency is to provide competent personnel to ensure quick response to customer enquiries and the arts of handling customer complaints in maintaining customer satisfaction in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedure. |
