| Penerangan CU | The forwarding E-tracking system operation is the competency in providing, performing and monitoring the tracking communication series. The forwarding tracking infrastructure is a set of practices for IT service management that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business. It describes processes, procedures, tasks and checklists that are not organisation-specific, used by an organisation for establishing integration with the organisation's strategy, delivering value and maintaining a minimum level of competency. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide E-tracking system requirements, perform operational tracking system and monitor E-tracking system application. The outcome of this competency is to speed cargo tracking, quick traceability and online monitoring using high-tech/manual equipment in forwarding operations. |
