A warehouse is a commercial building for the storage of goods. Packaging is the science, art and technology of enclosing or protecting products for distribution, storage, sale and use. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify cargo space requirements, determine packing requirements, manage cargo packing and warehousing activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the customers’ goods are handled properly and kept safely in order to achieve customer satisfaction. |
