| Penerangan CU | There are many platform equipment that are operated or driven by electrical motor. Problems such as premature bearing as well as wear and tear can lead to early motor failure and/or serious damage or complications to other components of the running system. To eliminate these problems and maximize motor working life and efficiency, frequent inspection, maintain and repair activities are inevitable. Potential problems will be eliminated through proper maintenance. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify motor operated equipment troubleshooting requirements, perform motor operated equipment visual and physical inspection, troubleshoot motor operated equipment electrical system problems, perform motor operated equipment functionality test, perform motor operated equipment start up and prepare perform motor operated equipment maintenance report. The outcome of this competency is to repair, service and upkeep motor and pump system according to company standard operating procedure to ensure efficiency and minimum downtime of equipment to optimize production.
