Penerangan CU | TNA Development Programme competency unit is to provide training to personnel in the industrial instrumentation & control system to ensure personnel are equipped with relevant and current knowledge and skill as to keep abreast with rapid technological change and advancement in achieving company’s / organisation mission, goal, objectives and direction. The person who is competent in TNA development programme shall be able plan and organise TNA development programmes, conduct and administer TNA development programmes and prepare TNA development programmes report in accordance with regulatory / statutory body requirements, company’s / organisation direction and procedure. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that they are qualified and capable to perform their job functions / responsibilities efficiently and effectively in accordance with regulatory / statutory body requirements, company’s / organisation direction, and procedure. |
