| Penerangan CU | Upholstery in-line production are activities that are obtain through product prototype in meeting production schedule to produce upholstery products that are planned, executed in product activities such as frame fabrication, material preparation, product sewing, material assembling and product compliances to meet quality standard within time frame. The person who is competent in upholstery in-line production shall be able to prepare in-line production manpower requirement, prepare upholstery in-line production tools machines, fixtures and equipment, prepare upholstery production materials, carry out frame fabrication, perform upholstery parts sewing, perform upholstery parts foaming and final assembly, perform upholstery workplace housekeeping and coordinate waste materials disposal in accordance with production requirement. The outcomes of this competency unit is to ensure production time targeted, wastage reduced, productivity increased, equipment sustained. |
