| Penerangan CU | Upholstery machines and equipment maintenance is the activities in maintaining sustainability and functionality of upholstery machines and equipment to maximise its performance. This is done through scheduled preventive maintenance and monitoring corrective maintenance. The person who is competent in upholstery machines and equipment maintenance shall be able to prepare upholstery equipment and fabrication machines maintenance requirements, perform upholstery machines and equipment preventive maintenance, coordinate upholstery machines and equipment corrective maintenance, monitor upholstery machines and equipment corrective maintenance activities, test repaired upholstery machines and equipment functionality and prepare maintenance report in accordance with standard machine maintenance procedure (SOP). The outcome of this competency unit is to maximise upholstery machines and equipment functionality and sustainability. |
