Penerangan CU | The forwarding marketing development is the competency in determining, developing, performing, monitoringof and preparing reports for all forwarding marketing related activities.It targets non-buying customers in currently targeted segments. Market development strategy entails expanding the potential market through new customers.New customers can be defined as new geographic segments, new demographic segments, new institutional segments or new psychographic segments. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine forwarding business targets, develop forwarding sales and marketing targets, perform forwarding sales and marketing, monitor business sustainability activities andprepare forwarding business development reports. The outcome of this competency is to ensure current customers’ loyalty and engage with new customers in order to sustain company’s growth. |
