| Penerangan CU | After the maintenance the utilities equipment functionally test is conducted to ensure that the process equipment operates normally and up to the required standard of the process system. Any abnormalities and variations to the normal operating and design specifications are detected and rectified, failing which may develop into emergency situations. The verification is achieved through monitoring of the system performance and ensuring that the system is performing in accordance with the design specifications and predetermined set point. The person who is competent is this CU should be able to verify process system status after maintenance, check equipment functionality after maintenance and perform process system functionality test after maintenance. The outcome of this competency is to check and verify that the equipment after maintenance is performing in the system as per design system specifications.
