| Penerangan CU | The Forwarding Transportation Arrangement CU describes the competency in coordinating transportation movements such as air, sea, land and rail freight effectively. The person is involved in preparing, confirming and coordinating shipments in accordance with customer requirements and company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify types of transportation information, carry out forwarding transportation preparation and coordinate forwarding transportation movements as well as update transportation movement record. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the cargo is shipped/delivered on time and any issues related to transport arrangement are dealt with professionally.
