| Penerangan CU | The Forwarding Operation Planning and Monitoring CU describes the competency in setting up, planning and monitoring forwarding operation work schedule to be executed by the supervisor and his/her subordinates. The person is involved in preparing and monitoring the work plan which consists of work activities of the company related to forwarding operations and forwarding operation coordination. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able identify section work scope/workload, produce forwarding operation work schedule, prepare section budget, check work progress status and produce work progress report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the forwarding operation activities are properly and efficiently planned and monitored according to company Standard Operating Procedure and customer charter.
