| Penerangan CU | Engine complete assembly is a scope of competency to assemble and install cylinder head, front case, rear case and other parts together to form a complete engine assembly in accordance with self-check awareness, vehicle manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person whom is competent in engine complete assembly must be able to install cylinder head to block sub assy, install cam cover to cylinder head, assemble front case, install timing chain/timing belt and auto tensioner bearing, assemble rear case and install rear plate and flywheel (auto transmission) / drive plate (manual transmission) in accordance with installation specification. The outcome of this competency is to properly assemble all engine components together and to ensure the assembly work is in accordance with self-check awareness, vehicle manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assemble and install cylinder head, front case, rear case and other parts together to form a complete engine assembly in accordance with self-check awareness, vehicle manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Install cylinder head to block sub assembly • Install cam cover to cylinder head • Assemble front case and oil seal • Install timing chain/timing belt and auto tensioner bearing • Assemble rear case • Install rear plate and flywheel (auto transmission) / drive plate (manual transmission) |
