| Penerangan CU | Rubber raw materials, Finish Master Batch or Master Batch are processed in various types of processes depending on the types of products to be manufactured. Compression moulding is one of the processes used by rubber factories. Throughout the process wastewater and treatment chemical are generated. Disposal of these waste is done in accordance with company waste management policy and regulatory body requirement to avoid contamination that might harm the environment. The person who is competent in compounded rubber production shall be able to interpret compression moulded production job order, prepare compression moulded production materials and parts, carry out rubber product moulding and produce compression moulded production report in accordance with company SOP The outcome of this competency is to produce a wide range of rubber products in accordance with job order specification for compression moulded products |
