| Penerangan CU | Supervision Dry Rubber Manufacturing operation covers supervisory tasks performed by the line leader of the dry rubber manufacturing factory. It involves conducting basic management skills which include planning, decision making, problem solving, organising team members, assigning and delegation of work tasks for the group. Besides that, the supervision task also include coaching new team members, monitor team members’ performance and ensuring conformance to personnel policies and other internal regulations. Dry Rubber Manufacturing Operation Supervision shall be able to prepare rubber production job order, organise rubber production manpower, monitor dry rubber manufacturing operation work progress, monitor dry rubber manufacturing operation work progress, control workplace safety and health practices and generate rubber manufacturing operation supervision report The outcome of this competency is to ensure team members’ work progress, productivity and quality are met according to company Key Performance Index (KPI). |
