The person whom is competent in steering and suspension system troubleshoot and repairing must be able to identify steering system troubleshoot and repairing preparation requirement activities, carry out steering system inspection activities, replace steering oil system, repair steering oil tank, replace steering oil filter, repair steering pump, repair steering control valves, repair steering cylinders, repair steering linkages, repair steering column assembly, repair/replace steering motor unit repair steering hoses and pipes, repair electric steering motor (track type motor), repair steering clutches assembly (track type tractor), carry out steering system troubleshooting activities, carry out housekeeping activities and prepare checklist and service report The outcome of this competency is to ensure high standard steering and suspension system functionality. |
