| Penerangan CU | Broadcasting transmission quality control is the quality and controlling management roles for aiming Quality Control "QC" of broadcast material ensures that all broadcast standards and specifications are met and maintained. It is analyze product requirements and specifications, build an adequate test plan based on risk assessment and time constraints, create and execute test cases for development validation, execute test scenarios based on documented test cases for non regression, load and performance testing, report product defects, product usability, test results and quality risks in a clear and structure way, assure the follow up of the product defects workflow and verify the product defect solutions plan, track and report the work and provide initiative for broadcasting transmission implementation The person who is competent in broadcasting transmission quality control shall be able to assess broadcasting transmission system, conduct broadcasting transmission operational inspection, monitor broadcasting transmission implementation, organize broadcasting transmission corrective programme and administer broadcasting quality control documentation The outcome of this competency unit is to enables broadcasting implementation and operation process secure at optimum performance complying with the standard operating procedures |
