The agents are required to meet a flight on arrival as well as provide departure services including boarding passengers, closing the flight complying with organization standard. The person is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare out of boarding gate / holding area, carry out passenger boarding control, flight passenger transfer, flight passenger arrival duties and perform passenger handling irregularities activities in accordance with passenger requirements and terminal operation procedure. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent passenger handling to ensure guest satisfaction, prompt action taken accordance with terminal operation procedure and policies. . |
