Baggage agents utilize computer software to track and catalogue luggage. This helps to efficiently resolve problems and maintain customer relations when luggage is late, lost, or damaged. The person is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out arrival baggage activities, mishandled baggage, aircraft central baggage tracing office (CBTO) function and perform mishandle baggage irregularities activities in accordance with customer satisfactory and terminal operation procedure.
