The person who is competence in this lighting and electrical safety and health compliance shall be able to monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) rules and regulation implementation, coordinate lighting operation accident cases, coordinate lighting operation incident cases and prepare lighting operation Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) handling report. The outcome of this competency is accident free, emergency cases are handled properly and no grievances from the crew and no complaints from the public. |
