Penerangan CU | Pest management staff development is an activity to develop competent manpower in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description. The personnel who are competent in staff development shall be able to identify pest management staff development requirements, prepare department training plan, coordinate and conduct actual training, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan and evaluate staff development requirements effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description. |
