He or She is responsible in providing a courteous, helpful and monitor client’s safety ensure safe journey route and back from appointments and meeting place according to SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform personal check, perform pre-driving vehicle inspection check, perform journey driving, perform venue management, perform post-trip activities and perform emergency response. The outcome of this competency is quality and excellent protocol driving services is delivered and customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed. |
