The Semiconductor Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible to analyse personnel concerning issues / needs / welfare, in order to provide solution / remedies and monitor its implementation as to assure the effectiveness and satisfaction of the action taken in accordance with company’s policy, regulatory / statutory body requirements and Standard Operating Procedure |
