| Penerangan CU | The Manufacturing Process And Product Reliability Improvements competency unit is to improve the process and product quality in the manufacturing and production line so as to achieve respective quality standards as well as value added elements hence increase product performance / quality and production. The Semiconductor Manufacturing Executive is responsible to conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) in order to identify process, potential and cause of potential failure so that identified control measures / remedial actions can be establish, plan and carried out to anticipate the failures, its effectiveness determine and continuous improvement carried out to achieve specified designated job specification requirements in accordance with work instructions / job / client specification requirements, manufacturers operation manual and Standard Operating Procedure. |
