| Penerangan CU | The Personnel Technical Skill Development competency unit is to provide skill training to personnel in the manufacturing of semiconductor product as to ensure personnel are equipped with relevant and current knowledge and skill as to keep abreast with rapid technological change and advancement in achieving company’s mission, goal, objectives and direction. The Semiconductor Manufacturing Executive is responsible to identify the training needs for the personnel, plan training programme / activities, organise and monitor the training implementation so as to ensure that they are qualified and capable to perform their job functions / responsibilities efficiently and effectively in accordance with regulatory / statutory body requirements, company’s direction, and Standard Operating Procedure. |
