| Penerangan CU | The architectural draughting submission drawing describes a service in which the drawing moves from the schematic phase to design development phase. These drawings will focus more on the technical aspect of materials and building system. The drafts person assists the design development drawings to crystallise the design concept in terms of architectural vocabulary for authority assessment and approval. The person who is competent in this architectural draughting submission drawing shall be able to handle submission drawing preparation, prepare submission drawing requirement, draw submission drawing, check final draft submission drawing and present submission drawing to superior. This programme is to adhere to authority requirements which include plot ratio / density, height restriction, development setback requirement, building setback requirement, ingress and egress, circulation, car park requirement, public services requirement, fire safety requirement and other special requirement. The outcome of this competency is to train savvy drafts person able to produce various drawings (simplest, average and exceptional character and complexity building) in compliance to authority requirement. |
