| Penerangan CU | Retail Outlet Shrinkage Control is a part of loss prevention plan to rectify the culmination of losses that a retail business experiences as a result of employee theft, shoplifting, administrative mistakes, and vendor fraud. The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to determine retail outlet shrinkage situation, inspect internal system conditions, perform retail outlet shrinkage corrective action plan, execute retail outlet security and safety practices and develop retail outlet shrinkage control measures. The outcome of the competency unit is loss and preventive action taken so that loss is minimised and profits are maximised according to company standard practice. |
