| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude in conducting an evaluation for the business development forecast data and Business development plan feedbacks by assessing and reviewing client’s requirements and the resources the security company has to prepare business proposal for client and then coordinate Business plan. The person who is competent in business development planning shall be able to prepare business development plan, prepare business proposal, prepare business contracts and prepare updated business Return On Investment (ROI) plan. The outcome of this competency is to provide an evaluation for the business development forecast data from current market survey and acquire business development plan feedbacks by assessing and reviewing client’s requirements, market trend and the resources the security company has. Prepare business proposal for client, acquire approval and then coordinate business plan. |
