Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude in managing of customers, enhancing customer relationship and obtaining and assessing customer satisfaction data and managing customer complaint so that key performance indicator of Customer satisfaction data can be increased and service contracts can be extended for a longer period.
The person who is competent in customer services development shall be able to develop customer satisfaction index, enhance customer relationship and review customer satisfaction index.

The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent customer services by enhancing customer relationship and obtaining and assessing customer satisfaction data and managing customer complaint so that key performance indicator of customer satisfaction data can be increased and service contracts can be extended for a longer period.
