Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude in arranging recruitment and deployment of manpower, planning, staff/ security personnel welfare requirements, and security personnel training and development. The allocation of subordinates to their assigned jobs to carry out job responsibilities and to implement rules & regulations that are delineated. The person who is competent in Security staff management shall be able to manage staff/security personnel recruitment, manage staff/ security personnel benefit and welfare’, organize staff/ security personnel development and organize security personnel induction session The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent services in making arranging staff welfare, and in deployment of manpower. The allocation of subordinates to their assigned jobs to carry out job responsibilities and briefing is conducted. |
