| Penerangan CU | This CU title describes the competencies in tour itinerary management. He or She is responsible to provide professional coordination and management service during the tour. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse tour itinerary content and its arrangement, carry out tour itinerary, analyse relevant contingency requirement information’s, prepare required alternative arrangement, arrange alternative arrangements, study tourist feedback and generate tour report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the tour runs smoothly without any interruption or distraction to tourist in accordance with rules and regulations and Tourist Guide Code of Ethics. |
