Penerangan CUMall Customer Reception Operation Coordination describes the competency in charging, facilitating, collaborating of people and resources to achieve the stipulated mall customer reception operation objectives. The function is expected to generate positive customer experience.
A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to monitor customer service counter operation preparation, supervise customer service counter operation, supervise shoppers communication support services and supervise customer special needs program implementation
The outcome of this competency unit is minimum level of unresolved customer issues at the front level of mall. The function also will generate better customer satisfaction thus promote higher number of returned customer. This strengthen customer retention program which become a key factor to mall success. Mall may comply with the related statutory obligation by providing customer special needs program.
