Penerangan CU | Mall Promotion Administration describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling all allocated resources in assisting mall management in running sales promotion functions for the benefits of mall business. Sales volume and speed are among the top key success factor in mall business which are energized by sales promotion, thus mall promotion administration become highly important competency for the business operation. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform mall promotional events, administer sales discount promotion, administer customer loyalty program, administer social media promotional program and administer joint promotion program. The outcome of this competency unit is significantly high sales turnover throughout a specified period recorded. The mall loyal customer shall clearly identified and their volume shall continuously increase in line with the overall mall sales growth. The mall also may receive shoppers from new segment and demography to help lengthen the mall business life cycle. |
