| Penerangan CU | Mall Creative Design Administration describes the competency in administering creative office in producing and implementing well strategized marketing communication program of the mall as specified by the mall management. The effective marketing communication ensure the strong impact and positive response of the current and potential customer in the free market environment. This can be achieved through a competent team led by a competent administrator. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform visual merchandising planning, perform façade advertising, perform marketing collaterals program, perform website design and perform event decoration. The outcome of this competency unit is increased number of mall visitors by providing relevant mall environment and effective non-verbal communication. Visitors will visit mall to feel the mall observed festival. Creativity of the team in generating the environment will make the difference. This activities which includes advertising may enable the mall to promote selected product through a selected marketing channel. Mall with effective personnel in this competencies will increase sale of selected merchandise of their choice. This also a strategy to help selected tenant. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcome of this competency unit is participants able to ensure number of mall visitors continuously increased. Conducive mall environment and effective non-verbal communication provided as specified. The mall observed festival campaign generate higher visitors as targeted. Selected merchandise sale target achieved and tenant sales strategy supported in accordance with organization requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees shall be able to: 1.
