| Penerangan CU | Printing Materials Management describes the process of efficiently overseeing the constant flow of printing materials units into and out of an existing inventory. This process usually involves controlling the transfer in of printing materials units in order to prevent the inventory from becoming too high, or too low. Competent printing materials inventory management also seeks to control the costs associated with the inventory, both from the perspective of the total value of the goods included. The person who is competent in this cu shall be able to analyse printing materials requirements, control receiving and inspection printing materials, control printing materials inventory, control printing materials handling and manage printing materials procurement The outcome of this competency is to provide uninterrupted production, sales, and/or customer-service levels at the minimum cost in accordance with production budgeting forecast and company procedure. |
