Penerangan CU | Chocolate Processing Machine Handling describes the movement, storage and control of materials and products throughout warehousing, production and storage area. This process incorporates a wide range of manual, semi-automated and automated equipment and systems such as mixing, refining, conching, tempering, moulding & depositing, cooling & aging, packaging. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform machine handling activities requirements checking perform chocolate recipes selection, perform production output checking, perform minor corrective action and maintain production area. The outcome of this CU is the processing machines are handled correctly and accurately throughout all chocolate processing according to handling procedure and production requirements. |
