Penerangan CU | Chocolate Production Personnel Supervision describes activities to supervise personnel involved in chocolate production activities in accordance with human resources guidelines, labour law and company policy. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to administer production work progress, conduct section briefing, perform staff training and conduct staff performance appraisal. The outcome of this CU is to ensure work are implemented according to schedule, personnel disciplines and performances are monitored efficiently and training activities that related to chocolate processing competency (knowledge, skills and attitude) are provided to subordinates in order to achieve production target and maximise company performance according to company plan. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are trainees enable to ensure work are implemented according to schedule, monitor personnel disciplines and performances efficiently and provide training activities that related to chocolate processing competency (knowledge, skills and attitude) to subordinates in order to achieve production target and maximise company performance according to company plan.
