| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in ETO sterilization operation. He or she is responsible to be able to provide excellent service by performing sterilization operation process that demonstrates the viability and ensure product sterilized and physical confirmation conducted so that specifications customer request have been met. Ultimately be responsible for ensuring that the final product meets its labelling claims of ETO sterilization. The competency requires ability to know the complete cycle for ETO sterilization operation requirements to organize product scheduled for ETO sterilization, prepare ETO chamber and its ancillaries equipment, perform scheduled product loading, Perform ETO sterilization process, Perform sterile product unloading, Record and verify ETO sterilization process and generate batch report. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent ETO sterilization operation services to ensure preparation and loading of non-sterile product conducted, ETO sterilization operation performed, sterile product unloaded, recorded and feedback report on batch record and prompt action taken for any deviations according to Industry Standards and regulatory requirements |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide excellent service by performing ETO sterilization operation process that demonstrates the viability and ensure product sterilized and physical confirmation conducted so that customer specifications and requirements have been met. Ultimately be responsible for ensuring that the final product meets its labelling claims of ETO sterile, ensure customer satisfaction guaranteed and prompt action taken according to Industry Standards, regulatory requirements and technical specification. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :- 1. Organize non-sterile product scheduled for sterilization. 2. Prepare ETO chamber and its ancillary equipment. 3. Perform scheduled non-sterile product loading. 4. Perform ETO sterilization process. 5. Perform sterile product unloading. |
