Penerangan CUChocolate Production Output Monitoring describes the process in monitoring chocolate processing and packaging activities in line with production and regulatory requirements. The processes involved are supported by machineries/equipment. The output will be measured based on the volume and the acceptance rate of the finished product.

The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor production schedule implementation, monitor chocolate production Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance, monitor production output performance and monitor productivity improvement activities.
The outcome of this CU is the chocolate production activities are monitored closely, consistently and periodically including safety, health and environmental of personal and work area in maximising productivity performance according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety regulations and other regulatory requirements.

Objektif PembelajaranThe learning outcomes of this competency are trainees enable to monitor closely, consistently and periodically all chocolate production activities including safety, health and environmental of personal and work area in maximising productivity performance according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety regulations and other regulatory requirements.

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to:
