Penerangan CU | Railways On-board Customer Service describes tasks involve in serving passengers toward the highest level of satisfaction. It includes giving assistance to the passengers in all aspects within their authority limit. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to attend to passenger enquiries/ request, provide assistance to the passengers and attend to lost & found of passengers’ belonging. The outcome of this CU are request and assistance provided to passengers and passenger’s lost and found items issue solved according to company policy. |
