| Penerangan CU | Machining Resources Planning describes the method and effective plan for all the resources available in the machining manufacturing operation. The resources involved can exist in many forms such as manpower, tools, equipment, materials and consumables items. It is used mainly in making a business decision from the overview of overall machining operation resource availability and capacity. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan manpower requirements, plan machine requirements, plan tools and equipment requirements, plan material and consumable item costing and estimate machining lead time.The outcome of this competency is all the resources available in the organisation to be used in the machining operation are optimised efficiently with improved manpower scheduling, accurate inventory control and maximise assets utilisation. |
