| Penerangan CU | Eco Packaging Production Maintenance describes the competency in a set of activities carried out to keep a system into a condition where it can perform its function. These systems are production systems where the outputs are products and/or services. The personnel who are competent in this CU should be able to interpret preventive maintenance plan, carry out eco packaging production machine maintenance, troubleshoot machine breakdown, prepare machine breakdown / maintenance report and control scheduled and non-scheduled waste disposal. The outcome of this competency is systematic and appropriate machine preventive maintenance being conducted and implemented to all equipment and machineries in the plant in accordance with company maintenance plan and Standard operating procedure. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to ensure appropriate machine preventive maintenance is conducted to all equipment and machineries is implemented. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: - 1. Interpret preventive maintenance plan. 2. Carry out eco packaging production machine maintenance. 3. Troubleshoot machine breakdown. 4. Prepare machine breakdown / maintenance report. 5. Control scheduled and non-scheduled waste disposal. |
