| Penerangan CU | Combined Cycle Power Plant Emergency Response and Crisis Management describes the competency in managing power plant major emergency condition, stabilize plant operational condition, supervise emergency response activities safely. Major emergency condition refers to an emergency that may have direct and immediate impact on plant production and safety to the plant personnel such as fire incident, major oil spillage, terrorist attack and major explosion. It cannot be immediately brought under control solely by the shift charge engineer and may require for assistance. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine level of plant emergency, execute plant minor emergency respond procedure, execute plant major emergency respond procedure and perform emergency response team function. The outcome of this CU is management and handling of emergency response to major combined cycle plant emergency executed safely and effectively in accordance with emergency response plan and crisis management approach. |
