| Penerangan CU | Material Handling Equipment Maintenance (Hoisting) describes the equipment that relate to the movement, storage, control and protection of materials, goods and products throughout the process of manufacturing, distribution, consumption and disposal within the factory. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan hoisting equipment maintenance requirements, perform hoisting equipment maintenance, perform hoisting component functionality test and produce hoisting maintenance report. The outcome of this CU is material handling equipment, hoisting type will operates under optimal performance condition, increased machine uptime/ availability and efficiency that leads to safer hoisting operation in accordance with DOSH Regulations of Factories and Machineries Act 1967. |
