| Penerangan CU | Parental-Community Involvement Programme Organising describes the process of planning, organising and evaluating parental and community involvement programmes in order to ensure the continuity of teaching and learning from the school to the home and community and vice versa. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan parental-community programme, organise parental-community involvement programme and evaluate parental-community involvement programme in order to establish good relationships between the school and the parent(s)/ guardian(s) as well as local community in accordance with organisation’s policies, regulations and organisation’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The outcome of this CU is the parental-community involvement programmes organised in establishing good relationships with parent(s)/guardian(s), community and stakeholders based on mutual understanding, trust, awareness on the importance of early years’ education and co-operation between the centre and community. |
