| Objektif Pembelajaran | The personnel who possess this competency will be able carry out systematic experiments as per instruction from superior. Wafer Fabrication Experiment Execution activity starts with receive the purpose and objective of experiment execution from experiment owner; plan experiment execution (identify lot, recipe for each wafer ID and tool/chamber ID); carry out wafers run as per plan; and verify the overall processing status for each wafer run.
